1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using KKS JobBoost 90 services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Not be prohibited by law from receiving our services

3. Service Description

KKS JobBoost 90 provides job placement assistance services, including:

• Job matching and recommendations
• Resume building and optimization
• Interview preparation and coaching
• Direct connection with potential employers
• Career guidance and support

Note: We facilitate job placements but do not guarantee employment. Final hiring decisions are made by the employers.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Token Payment Plan (₹1,200)

• Provides 15-day trial access to all services
• Balance payment of ₹4,700 required to continue after trial
• Non-refundable after activation (subject to Refund Policy)

4.2 Full Payment Plan (₹5,900)

• Immediate full access to all services
• 90-day active placement support
• Subject to refund conditions outlined in our Refund Policy

5. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Respond promptly to communication from our HR team and potential employers
• Conduct yourself professionally during interviews and interactions
• Not misuse, abuse, or interfere with our services

6. Placement Promise & Limitations

While we strive to secure job placements for all candidates, we do not guarantee:

• A specific number of interviews or job offers
• Placement within a specific timeframe
• A particular salary or job role

Placement success depends on factors including candidate qualifications, market conditions, and employer requirements.

7. Trial Period

For Token Payment users:

• Trial period is 15 days from payment confirmation
• Full access to services during trial
• Balance payment required before trial expiry to continue
• Account may be suspended if balance payment is not received

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Fail to make required payments
• Misuse our services or harm our reputation

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of KKS JobBoost 90 are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KKS JobBoost 90 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or opportunities
• Actions or omissions of third-party employers
• Service interruptions or technical issues

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KKS JobBoost 90, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
